SNL - DESTACKER 200The plastic cup stacking machine first separates the plastic cups of different shapes and sizes that come in a row and then stacks them upside down on the conveyor.
After the cups are turned upside down, they are transferred to a different production section with a food-compatible conveyor in a row; for example; for labeling on the sleeve machine or for transferring the packages in a row to the steam tunnel, etc.
The cup chambers on the cup stacking machine can be easily changed and then used for different cups.

First, the plastic cups in rows are separated from each other by our machine, then they are turned upside down and lined up on the conveyor at certain intervals.
About the Cup Destacker Machine
The Cup Destacker Machine works with a high-quality blower that is dust-resistant and can work in hot or cold weather environments. Plastic cups are transferred to the machine via a feeding tower.
The transferred plastic cups are turned upside down (upside down) by the machine and arranged in a row on the conveyor belt, then the cups are transferred to a section where a different production stage takes place via the conveyor.
Plastic Cup (Packaging) Destacker Machines are generally used in packaging coating processes.
Before plastic cups or packages are labeled with the Sleeve Machine, the Cup Destacker Machine starts the process by turning these cups upside down. The cups coming out of the Sleeve Machine enter the steam tunnel.
