Our Cup Collection Machine collects the upside down plastic cups or packages on the conveyor in a sequential manner and stacks them at the exit station by nesting them. It is used in the last stage of the production stages and collects the finished products in a sequential manner at the end of the line.
For example, for the collection of packages coming out of the Sleeve machine or steam tunnel at the end of the line. It can be used in an integrated manner with the Cup Destaker Machine or separately.

Our Cup Collector 50 model is suitable for small businesses. Our machine collects cups of different sizes and shapes on the conveyor. It turns the collected cups upside down and arranges them on the conveyor belt, nests the cups moving on the belt in the exit area and stacks them.

About the Cup Collector Machines
The Cup Collecting Machine is powered by a high-quality blower that is dust-resistant and can operate in hot or cold weather conditions.
The plastic cups or packages that are lined up upside down on the conveyor line are caught by the collector and transferred to the belt system.
The plastic cups or packages are lined up inside each other with food-compatible conveyor belts and collected at the exit station.
Plastic Cup (Packaging) Collection Machines are used in the final stages of packaging and production processes.
